East Side Gin Dry Martini

When making a Gin Martini, it’s imperative to start with good ingredients—there’s no place to hide poor quality gin or vermouth in such a straightforward cocktail. East Side Gin is superior.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces East Side Gin

  • 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • lemon twist (for garnish)

Tools

  • Mixing Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Chilled Martini Glass

Instructions

  1. Add the East Side Gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Use a long bar spoon to to stir the for at least 20 to 30 seconds to yield the proper dilution necessary to bring the ingredients into balance and 
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Preferably a martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
