At Toledo Spirits Co., we are committed to creating premium spirits that capture the essence of our region and celebrate the art of craft distilling. Since our founding in 2013, we have made it our mission to produce engaging spirits using meaningfully-sourced ingredients and traditional techniques.
Housed in a historic warehouse on the banks of the Mighty Maumee River, our distillery and craft cocktail bar, Bellwether, have become destinations for visitors seeking an authentic and engaging craft spirits experience. Our award-winning spirits, from our Heart of Vodka Series to our Lowertown Bourbon, to our King & Dane Rum Series, are designed with care and made especially for great cocktails.
We believe in the art of craft distilling, and our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to produce the highest quality spirits possible. Our approach is founded on source transparency, and we are proud to introduce anyone to the farmers we work with for our grains, fruits, and botanicals. We believe that by building strong relationships with our suppliers and using locally-sourced ingredients, we can craft exceptional spirits that embody the unique character of our region.
