Variations
Sazerac is one of the best classic cocktails. Easy but unique. But that does not mean we shouldn't play with some new ideas. Here are a few to get you started. We highly recommend the vanilla riff! It works beautifully with the rye and Orange Tiger.
Brandy or Cognac, which are distilled from grapes, instead of Rye to yield a Sazerac that’s fruity and floral.
Vanilla Orange Sazerac: Add a drop of vanilla extract to the cocktail for a sweet, aromatic depth.
Orange Tiger Herbal Sazerac: Include a sprig of thyme or rosemary in the stir for an herbal note.
