Thank you for your interest in our Fall Vistula Artist Market on September 27, 2026, at Toledo Spirits Company! We are thrilled that you want to be a part of our big day here on Summit Street! Please fill out the application below.
The deadline to apply is August 31st, 2026! Payment due September 13th, 2026.
To be accepted as a vendor, we must receive both your application and payment on time! Vendors will be notified via email of acceptance, along with payment information. Vendor information, event map, setup/teardown details, and times will be sent via email by September 23, 2026.

MARKET HOURS: 11 am - 4 pm
Set up is from 8:30 am - 10:30 am
ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 10:30 am!
No refunds. Rain or Shine! Inside and Outside spaces available!
10 x 10 spaces = $75
Food Trucks = $75
No 10 x 20 spaces available for this event.
Outside vendors must have a 10'x10' canopy tent with weights.
Inside vendors will be provided a 6' table with two chairs. Inside spaces are ~8'x4'.
No access to electricity.
